QFM has a wide basket of product offerings ranging from Flour to Flour based products like Pasta, Biscuits, European & Arabic Bread and Arabic sweets. QFM operations on a whole are broadly categorized as:

Flour Mill
Our Flour Mill justifiably be called the Pride of Qatar. Flour Mill is the principal section of the Company and is centrally located near Qatar Navigation providing convenient accessibility.

Qatar Flour Mill site is surrounded by the deep Gulf Ocean from three sides and is undoubtedly one of the most beautiful and dazzling spot in Middle East. There is an interesting history of how the Qatar Flour Mill was commissioned. Conceptualized & constructed by the German Architecture, a giant platform was made in the Sea by mounting up the soil continuously for 5 years. On that platform, this facility that is Word-Class and of International Standard was built. An example of magnanimity of this facility is that it has its own Port where Ships can anchor for loading / unloading thereby drastically reducing the logistics.


FOODCO
Foodco stands for Qatar Food Industries Company. After the relocation of Qatar Flour Mills from the Ummsaid campus to the Doha Port campus Management established a full domain of manufacturing facility within the campus of the Mill so that there would be regular supply of the fresh ingredients from our Mill section. A huge amount of money was spent to install the Plants of Foodco which comprises of three sections namely

	Pasta.
	Biscuit.
	Baby Food Plant.

Bakery
Ummsaid Bakery has its origin in Ummsaid and hence the name. Later on, it was relocated to Qatar Flour Mills campus near Doha Port and since then it has been running 24 hours to cater our reputed Clientele and Patrons. Ummsaid Bakery is the biggest Bakery in Doha by all means. Be it infrastructure, production capacity, technology & machinery or the sheer strength of the skilled staff, Ummsaid Bakery leads the Bakery – Industry in Qatar.

Stores
The silo capacity is 60,000 metric tones of grains that can fulfill the grain requirement of the whole Country for several months. The captive Port ensures just in-time Inventory Management and introduces efficiency in production cycle time. A large number of forklifts and two suckers with a capacity of 500 metric tones / hour are there for rapid loading and unloading. To address the supply chain management in totality, QFM has big-in-house Stores with all modern facilities, using latest software's' packages in raw material and finished goods Stores.
